Announcement icon I am currently offering telephone and video sessions only. I will be offering a few Walk and Talk Therapy sessions shortly.
If you are reading this, you might be wondering if talking to someone may help you. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, unhappy, or that something isn’t quite right and affecting your day-to-day life? Have you experienced a loss which you don’t know how to work through? Are you experiencing anxiety, living with depression? Are you going through menopause? These are just a few things that I can help you with. I don't believe that one size fits all in therapy; I tailor my work to suit each individual, offering a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can explore whatever is troubling you. I can accommodate shift workers.
I am a professionally trained and qualified Person-Centred/Existential Therapist and a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering remote therapy via telephone or Zoom to adults aged 18+ in the UK. I offer a free, no obligation telephone call on enquiry to find out what is going on for you and if I can help.
Seeking therapy can sometimes be a little bit frightening, but making that first step for most people can be a relief, a feeling of not being alone anymore. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, so you set the agenda and pace. I will be with you, exploring what's going on for you and together we will find a way to improve your life.
