Waitlist for new clients
I am an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have 13 years experience of working in NHS Talking Therapies services in Bristol. Prior to this I have had several years experience working in social care, working with parental mental health issues and safeguarding children. Whatever your concerns and problems, I can offer you a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space to talk about the things that are concerning you and to explore helpful ways to address these issues together. I offer online therapy only.
I have clinical experience of working with adults and young people with depression and a number of anxiety disorders and can offer CBT, counselling, compassion focused CBT and Narrative Exposure Therapy. I also have a particular interest in trauma work; CBT for ADHD/ADD, and supporting women manage their mental health through perimenopause and menopause.
I'm passionate about promoting good mental health; improving our relationships with ourselves and our confidence to succeed in the goals important to us. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting but it can be life changing in making significant progress and recovery. Call me to see if I would be a good fit in helping you on your journey.
