About
I am a BACP registered therapeutic counsellor offering a half price exploratory session for us to meet and discuss what you are looking for, before committing to working together. I can help with specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, bereavement or a more general feeling that things aren't right that you can't quite put your finger on. I offer a confidential, empathic and supportive space to talk about whatever it is that you are finding difficult in your life.
My approach is tailored to suit each individual. I am warm and supportive and will help you explore what isn't right and how you would like things to be different. Through developing greater awareness of how you relate to yourself and others I believe you can learn to respond differently to the challenges that life inevitably throws at us.
Seeking support can be difficult and you may feel anxious about meeting for the first time. I offer an initial reduced cost session for £20 for you to get a better feel for whether you want to continue working together. I work from comfortable dedicated therapy rooms, easily accessible by public transport. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
