I work with adults and young people. I also have additional training working with neurodivergent clients.
I believe that you have the ability to grow, heal and reach your full potential. I work along side you to build a therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable and safe to explore your own thoughts, feelings or behaviours. Within a warm, non-judgemental, empathic and confidential space, you will hopefully feel able to talk freely about things you may not feel able to discuss with anyone else. I work with Individuals. I often work with trauma, domestic abuse, family relationships, young people and neurodiversity.
I offer a safe space to explore your own experience. With your own awareness you can see different possibilities. With trauma and domestic abuse clients I work at your pace to firstly offer stability work before going forward into your experience. I have awareness of of neurodiversity. I work face to face, over video call and telephone.
I offer a free initial 50 minute session over video or telephone to meet me and decide if you feel comfortable to work with me. It is important to me that you feel comfortable with me, before going ahead with counselling. Once you hopefully decide to go ahead with counselling, I also work face to face too. My room is in Haywards Heath on Church Road.
