Seeking support is a brave step. Perhaps you feel internally overwhelmed & disconnected, or sense past events or relationships are limiting your everyday. If so, therapy could help you. I support adults (18+), online, in person & outside. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, menopause, grief, conflicting values regarding sexuality and religion, sexual abuse & co-dependant relationships. Empowering those identifying as neurodivergent, (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD) is a personal passion. Whatever your experience, we can consider how it prevents you from meeting your full potential in life.
As a creative psychotherapist, I offer talking therapy, art therapy and nature-based therapy. Personal creative interests, such as music and movies can be integrated, a technique offering surprisingly powerful insight for those struggling to express emotions. Regardless of artistic capabilities, we can create a unique approach that feels right for you.
Compassion and empathy are the constants that run through my work, creating a healing environment. If you wish to know more, I offer a free 30-minute consultation online, or in person, in a specialist art therapy studio in East London. Do reach out via email to set up a time that works for both of us. Looking forward to connecting!

I often work with clients carrying a negative sense of self, due to past trauma, relational issues, or social expectations & judgment. Many experience inner isolation while their outer personas engage with the world around them . During our initial sessions, we can look at issues you wish to address, before collaborating to create a plan that empowers you to live a more fulfilling life.

My person-centred approach means your experience of the world is central to the work, not something to be analysed. We'll explore what led you to seek help, and your hopes for the future. Over time, we can consider how expectations and rules have shaped your self-worth. I will help you push back against that which no longer benefits you, creating a new narrative that champions your true self.
