Hey! I’m Charlotte. I’m a therapist with an interest in helping people in their 20’s and 30’s live with more authenticity, compassion and meaning. Over the years, I've helped many people to make genuine changes in their lives and it's my aim to support you in doing the same. I have particular interest and experience in working with individuals in their 20's and 30's, LGBTQ+ individuals and people of colour.
Therapy with me is non judgemental, compassionate and dynamic. It’s a space where we can take a look at the difficult stuff together and where I'll support you in growing towards where you want to go. Together we’ll look at your experiences to help us see how they’re impacting your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the present.
We will process, understand and challenge what’s not helpful then experiment with new ways of moving forward. I am a modern practitioner who draws on the latest understandings and practices in mental health to help my clients take charge and create the kinds of lives they want.
