I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, childhood trauma, or compulsive behaviours, including addictions. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore challenges, understand patterns, and develop coping strategies that promote insight, resilience, and personal growth. We look a little at the past and connect some dots on how patterns and behaviours play out today. Sessions can be short- or long-term, face-to-face, online, or by phone.
I am a qualified integrative therapist providing a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment working collaboratively with my clients. My method of working is psychodynamic, and person-centred therapy meaning I blend the theory that the client knows best and looking back at your childhood and seeing if anything connects to how you are feeling today.
Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and approachable, with a sense of humour. I believe therapy should feel safe and relaxed while still providing a professional and dedicated space for meaningful work.
