I have worked with people from the age of 12 years old up to older adults. I have worked with people experiencing various problems; depression, anxiety, stress, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship and peer issues, bereavement and more. I am also an accredited member of The Foundation for Infant Loss which means I can work with parents and family members who are grieving a child. I have completed the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore and present as your true self. I provide empathy and non-judgemental support throughout our work together. I am an integrative counsellor which means I can pull on strings of various forms of therapy. This means I can tailor counselling to you and your needs.
Everyone experiences overwhelming thoughts and feelings but when they stay for a period of time, they become damaging. I want to work with you and explore these thoughts and feelings. In our time together you will feel heard and understood but if at all you do not feel this way I encourage you speak with me so we can rectify it.
