Hi, I am a qualified person-centred counsellor in Hastings with experience of working with adults and adolescents. I offer a holistic and creative approach to therapy, where I have extensive training and experience working with a wide range of issues. I understand seeking counselling can be a very difficult daunting process. I am naturally empathic, supportive and non-judgmental. I am passionate in my belief of working together to create a trusting authentic therapeutic relationship, to explore potentially difficult and tender aspects of your life in a safe and confidential space.
An extensive amount of my work has been around the issues of anxiety, identity, trauma, teen issues, stress, loss, self-harm and self-esteem. I am able to be very versatile in my therapeutic approaches, to coincide with your individual needs, as I strongly believe in your wellbeing and self-care.
