Hello! I’m Charlie. Counsellor, doctor in Psychiatry, and founder of Ginkgo Wellbeing. I specialise in helping young adults with anxiety, confidence and self-esteem issues. I am based in Leeds and offer online video counselling for adults nationwide. Everyone’s reasons for seeking counselling will be different, and whatever your reason, I am committed to offering a safe and supportive therapy space for you to explore your experiences, expand your self-awareness and embark upon a journey of healing and personal growth.
Having a space where you feel safe to open up with someone who won’t judge you, and who supports you to simply be you, is precious and uncommon in society and is the person-centred approach I take. In me, you can expect a warm, accepting and down-to-earth counsellor who genuinely cares. I’ll help you start to live in alignment with who you truly are.
