I have worked in mental health services for 10 years across a wide variety of settings including inpatient, community, and outpatient services with children, working-age, and older adults. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, anger, phobias, depression and mood difficulties, personality disorder, neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD), unusual experiences (often referred to as psychosis), and behaviour that challenges. I also have experience supporting families and carers.
I have a warm and compassionate approach, with our therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work. I work integratively, drawing upon a variety of models and theory to work towards your goals for therapy. I understand how daunting starting this journey can be, and we will explore what has brought you to therapy at a pace you feel comfortable with.
