If you’re weighed down by anxiety, difficult life events, uncertainty, or challenges in relationships, I can help you to make sense of what’s driving those feelings and make a plan together to create the change you hope for. To achieve this I draw upon a range of models and theory in therapy, ensuring an individualised approach. I have a warm and compassionate approach and understand how daunting coming to therapy can be. I hold our therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work, and we will explore what has brought you to therapy at a pace you feel comfortable with.
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties with adolescents and adults including anxiety, anger, phobias, mood difficulties, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties and unusual experiences (often referred to as psychosis).
