People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious, low, stuck, overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, or simply aware that something needs to change. I work with adults, couples and young people, with particular experience supporting boys and young men. My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. We work at a pace that feels manageable, making sense of what is happening, exploring patterns and creating space for greater understanding, choice and change.

I offer integrative psychotherapy, counselling and couples therapy, alongside psychotherapeutic coaching when a more practical approach is helpful. My work may explore relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, anger, identity, emotional regulation, life transitions and recurring patterns. The work is shaped around you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Starting therapy can feel like a significant step. You do not need to arrive with everything worked out or know exactly what you want to say.
