Hello, I'm Charlie. I understand what it's like to live with anxiety and depression. I know how hard it can be to open up, especially when life feels overwhelming. I work with people who are finding life increasingly difficult, and it's no surprise! The pressures of everyday life are rising, and this is having a real impact on our mental health.

I have experience & success in working with adult clients with many issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, reconstruction of self after grief and loss, work-related stress and relationship challenges, whether that is at home or work.
I know how overwhelming anxiety, depression, & stress can be, I've experienced them myself. As a qualified therapist, I've helped clients make meaningful changes, regain control and rebuild their lives in ways that feel right for them.
