Hi, I'm Charis. I'm a counsellor and EFT practitioner. I offer warmth, acceptance and compassion, alongside a genuine belief in your capacity for growth and change. Whatever you have been through, you do not have to face it alone. I am here to offer a consistent and supportive space where healing, understanding and new possibilities can emerge.
There is no thought, feeling or experience that is too much to bring into the room. When difficult experiences, emotions and beliefs can be spoken about and explored safely, they often begin to loosen their grip. Together, we can create a space where this feels possible.
I can offer frameworks to help make sense of your experiences, and tools to support developing self-compassion and resilience. Above all, I offer acceptance of you and exactly where you are, alongside a genuine commitment to understanding and supporting you. In my experience, this is often the foundation from which growth and change become possible.
