I am fully qualified Psychodynamic counsellor registered with the BACP. I am a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental therapist based in Hertford town centre. I view it as a huge privilege that my clients allow me to accompany them on their therapeutic journey. I believe that everyone deserves peace of mind and an opportunity to know themselves well enough to be able to live their best possible life.
The key to psychodynamic counselling is the relationship with your therapist. We will have an initial session to establish whether we are the right fit for each other. If you decide to go ahead with therapy, we will then mutually agree a time and day that we will meet every week.
I run my private practice from a safe, comfortable room in Hertford town centre. I offer an initial free 15 minute telephone consultation to enable us to discuss what you're looking for in therapy and timings and cost. We will then arrange a first session at a mutually convenient time.
