As an experienced/ individual/family/couple counsellor for over 20 years, I know that relationships can decline for many reasons, I offer a safe, confidential, relaxing space to facilitate individuals, couples, families, ex partners, separation, colleagues, extended family, to support you to talk about current difficult conversations that need addressed to help find a way through current and past issues. Are you feeling lonely, frightened, rejected, frustrated in your current relationship. Do you go home with dread every day? Has intimacy declined or become a chore? Are you at the point of 'mending' or 'ending' your relationship?
I support couples through infidelity, co parenting, intimacy issues, communication, separation, abuse and many more challenges you might find within your relationships. I also support families/colleagues/friends through relationship issues. When I think about relationships, i think about relationships with people, places and things.
I am an accredited counsellor (BACP ACCRED) and have a wealth of experience working with individuals, couples, families. I am an open, clear communicator, patient, empathic, genuine and I am passionate about the work I do.
