My name is Angeline, As a fully accredited BACP therapist, I am trained in several therapeutic approaches such as Person-Centered, EMDR (Course accredited by EMDR Europe) and have a certificate in CBT. The certificate in CBT which includes, mindfulness, ACT and DBT skills. In addition to this I have a certificate in Trauma Focused CBT.
I have many years experience in private practice working with adults, couples and young people and have worked as a trauma therapist . My approach is tailored to individual needs when developing a treatment plan.
I work for several EAP organisations and with the Priory at their Wellbeing Centre.
I have many years working with trauma, anxiety, addictions, relational issues and low mood. My aim is to help clients develop new skills and become more resilient, enabling them to cope with their emotions.
