I am a chartered clinical psychologist with 15 years experience in mental health. Whilst working in the NHS, I have set up The Sycamore Private Practice so that people outside of mental health services can access support. I have worked with people, who have benefited from making sense of difficult or/and frightening experiences, improving their mood or lowering anxiety. If you would like a safe place in order to understand more about what is going on for you, or perhaps have specific areas that need a focus, we can do this together and at a pace that suits you. Therapy with me can be short or long term, it can be a journey of discovery that we take together or perhaps a focused piece of work, where we target a specific area in your life. I work across the lifespan, this includes children, adolescents, adults, older adults and can include couples, individual or even family sessions.
