Clients come to therapy seeking help with their anxiety provoking difficulties. Often they are applying old solutions to current events. Together we can identify what solutions no longer work and find new and more adaptive ways of solving their current challenges. The aim of therapy is to work with resolving a current challenge the client may have, but also look at past events if they become apparent during the therapy.
I am passionate about alleviating people's suffering. With this at heart, I went to study and learn from effective approaches to Counselling and Psychotherapy that are evidence-based for effectiveness and informed by research and that produce fast results. My work is informed by Mindfulness, ISTDP and AEDP Approaches
