I’m a qualified therapist experienced in supporting individuals who identify as LGBT+ in addressing issues connected with self-esteem, self-worth and acceptance. I can help you address issues that are causing you emotional pain, giving you cause for concern, or making you feel uncomfortable. Whether you may be confronting difficult situations, facing challenging decisions, or healing from old wounds. My style is to encourage clients to speak in openness and confidence about difficult topics and emotions.
I have substantial experience working with individuals in a wide variety of areas such as: feeling insecure, sad or angry and unsure of the root cause; low self-esteem/low confidence; addiction; HIV and AIDS; trauma and abuse; loneliness; depression and anxiety; sexuality; seeking a fulfilling relationship; handling shame; looking for validation in others.
