For some people, the thought of counselling can be daunting! There are so many counsellors out there it’s often difficult to know where to start or who to choose! So let me introduce myself. My name is Ceris and I’m a Person Centred Counsellor with over 10 years of experience working with people who have experienced mental health difficulties. Using a genuine friendly warm approach, I am able to offer counselling to people to enable them to develop a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves and their own situations. I do not offer advice but can offer new perspectives and challenges to situations which seem unmanageable.
Some of the difficulties I work with include anxiety, self-confidence, bereavement, Self-harm relationship difficulties, work related stress, domestic abuse, and sexual assault survivors. I also work with many other difficulties so if you have something specific you want to work with but don’t see it here, then please don’t hesitate to contact me.
