Welcome! As a BAPT accredited play therapist, I follow an integrative, holistic, and child-centred approach to help children and families overcome various difficulties and challenges. I have over 8 years of experience working with children in different settings, such as primary and secondary schools, nurseries, and online platforms. My empathic and non-judgmental approach enables me to build trusting and respectful relationships with children and families, and to facilitate their communication and understanding through the power of play. My goal is to empower children and families to develop their resilience and wellbeing.
Play therapy provides children with a safe space to explore, understand, and process their real-life experiences using the metaphor of play and fantasy.
