I specialise in confidence and self-esteem, including social anxiety and body image difficulties. I see how fear of judgement can shape your existence, making ordinary situations feel overwhelming. Often intensified by a self-critical voice, constantly evaluating yourself, leaving you feeling not good enough. Perhaps you're feeling stuck; avoiding living fully, or even notice self-sabotage. Comparison takes over. We will work together to break these patterns and help you move forward with greater confidence.

Grounded in CBT, I take a practical and collaborative approach. We will build a shared understanding of how your life experiences may have contributed to your difficulties. We will identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards developing more helpful ways of thinking, responding, and building confidence.

With 10+ years NHS experience, I have supported hundreds of clients overcome anxiety and achieve goals they previously thought were out of reach. I offer a down-to-earth, approachable space. Many clients will arrive feeling anxious about their first session, but report leaving feeling more at ease and reassured about the process ahead.
