Sometimes life just feels too heavy. We can find ourselves worrying, feeling stuck, or battling with fears we don’t quite understand. In those moments, talking to someone outside of your usual circle can be a real gift—someone who will truly listen without judgement.
That’s where I can help. I’m a qualified counsellor, group therapy facilitator and complementary health practitioner, with over 30 years of experience supporting people through life’s ups and downs. I trained in Counselling and Addiction at the University of Bath, and I bring not only my professional knowledge but also a wealth of real-life experience to my sessions.
I work with people from all walks of life and have a special interest in supporting adoptees and those touched by adoption. Addiction is another area close to my heart— I see it as a response to life’s struggles, a kind of dis-ease many of us can relate to. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind that struggle and find new, healthier ways to move forward.
