I am a qualified counsellor who works with Teenagers and Adults. Over the years I have helped clients with various issues including anxiety, depression, anger, grief, low self-esteem, relationships, and self-improvement to name a few. I strongly believe that we are all essentially "OK" but that life can throw many things at us that cause us to think we are not. Together we can talk about what has left you feeling less than "OK" and find a way back to a place of self-confidence and belief.
My job is to help you, I do this by listening and asking questions, basically it's a conversation about what's troubling you. I specialise in working with teenagers and young adults, they are at a vital stage of their development as adults and I love helping them find out who they are and what their place in the world may be.
