I work with adults of all ages and adolescents from the age of 11 years. They come to my practice with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, relationships, family dynamics, self esteem, repeating negative patterns, work issues, loss, eating disorders. There are no quick fixes in therapy, it is a process which can take time before results can be felt.
I currently work part time at The City of London School for Girls and work with students from the ages of 11-18 years. I also see adolescents in my private practice who present with a variety of issues; especially anxiety around performance and exams but also a range of other issues. I work with adults of all ages who might present with a number of issues.
Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can feel daunting and takes courage. I really understand this and so I offer a brief call of 10-15 minutes, prior to having an assessment session, so that we can just connect and that can hopefully reduce feelings of anxiety about the process.
