I offer a safe and confidential space to explore issues that are affecting your life. There are times when everything seems overwhelming and we can find ourselves repeating unhelpful or destructive thought patterns and behaviours, which can have an adverse effect on our wellbeing. At times we may feel anxious, stuck with nowhere to turn. I provide an empathic, non judgemental service to help make sense of your thoughts and feelings to help you progress forward with a clearer understanding.
I am an integrated therapist which means that I draw from a toolkit of several approaches & tailor my practice to meet the client's needs. My experience & background is substance misuse, working with anxiety, depression and Behavioural Issues. Working collaboratively to identify your goals & solutions to facilitate change.
I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of difficulties including Veterans with PTSD who find the transition from serving to being able to integrate back into civilian life challenging. Life can be unpredictable & chaotic especially in these unprecedented times where nothing is certain. Therapy can help you get your life back on track.
