I’m a psychotherapist in my sixth and final year of training offering affordable therapy for adults in Bristol. Whatever is going on in your life, my hope is to provide an open minded space of warmth, safety and compassion, where anything that is on your mind at the time can be explored together at your own pace. Each person is on their unique journey through life and as an integrative therapist my approach is based on your individual needs as a client.
I work relationally and collaboratively which I see as the foundation for positive change. A trusting therapeutic relationship can make you more aware of unhelpful patterns in your life and may guide you towards healing and developing new ways of being.
