I work with a variety of clients who present with a vast array of challenges, including trauma, addiction and domestic abuse as well as work-related occupational stress and bullying in the workplace. I additionally work with self-esteem, body image and weight issues and have much experience in these areas. I am additionally a Registered Expert Witness, Supervisor and have been a Masters Forensic Psychology lecturer, and Doctorate Thesis Viva Voce examiner.
I can offer a focused service that is individually tailored to each client's clinical needs, with a treatment plan, coping skills, risk management and relapse prevention planning to secure a strong recovery.
