I am a therapist working in Manchester City Centre and remotely throughout the UK. I offer both short and long-term therapy sessions and have experience working with a range of different issues, such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and abuse. I have significant experience and am passionate about working with individuals within the neurodivergent community and LGBTQIA+ community. It is my priority to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients. My aim is to instil a sense of autonomy and facilitate self-exploration and greater understanding, to support you through your unique process of positive growth.
Being in a nurturing therapeutic relationship, experiencing genuineness and empathic understanding can help you explore and understand aspects of your self and experience that may feel difficult or confusing. This can often lead to you feeling more empowered and readier to make the changes that feel right for you to lead a more fulfilling, authentic life.
Acknowledging that there is an issue you would like to explore in therapy can be a very daunting process and I understand just how difficult finding the right therapist and approach for you can seem. Please feel free to contact me to discuss how we could work together.
