Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve been coping on your own for too long? I’m Lucia, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and EMDR practitioner offering online therapy across the UK. With over 13 years’ experience in mental health and specialist NHS CBT services, I work with anxiety, trauma, mood difficulties and problems that can feel complex or hard to shift. My approach is practical and down-to earth, helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and find a way forward that feels manageable.

I specialise in trauma, complex anxiety, mood difficulties and burnout, and often work with people who’ve tried CBT before but didn’t get the benefits they’d hoped for. I work within evidence-based models, adapting how we use them to individual needs, including for neurodivergent clients. I also draw on EMDR and other approaches where helpful.
