I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Couple/Relationship Counsellor. I have previously worked for The NHS, Relate, The African and Caribbean Mental Health Service's, Lancashire Women's Centre, Gambling Addictions Clinics, and other charitable and private organisations. I work with clients who struggle with problems such as Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Stress, OCD, PTSD, Relationship/Couple difficulties and many more. My aim is to help each client leave therapy with reduced symptoms, life long skills, increased confidence, increased self-esteem and being their own therapist.
Taking the first step into therapy can be daunting but as my clients have stated it is extremely beneficial. I provide you with life long techniques to make small changes to self-defeating thoughts, behaviour’s and emotions. With my support you can cope with feelings of worry, sadness, fear and pain that can bring your life-altering results.
