I understand that everyone's story is different, and it's okay to need some help telling it. I am an MA-trained Dramatherapist, specialising in supporting children and adolescents to thrive. I know starting therapy can feel scary, so making sure you feel safe and comfortable is my biggest priority. I am particularly experienced and confident working with neurodivergent young people, who may have been consistently failed by the system and sadly experienced trauma along the way. I can offer a warm listening ear, gentle yet effective psychotherapy interventions, as well as a big dose of playfulness along the way!

I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, past traumas, perinatal loss at any stage, and/or difficulties around food and body image.
You may have the experience of coping well on the outside but inside, feel overwhelmed with self-criticism and the constant striving to feel “good enough”, leaving you feeling stuck, exhausted and disconnected from yourself.
Therapy with me offers a space to slow things down and make sense of your experiences. Together, we can work towards reducing distress, processing past experiences where helpful, and developing a more compassionate and grounded relationship with yourself.

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or just don't understand why you are not feeling "yourself" any more? We all face challenges and difficult situations in our daily lives. Sometimes, these personal difficulties can make us feel alone and unable to manage our feelings. Left unresolved, we can feel helpless to unravel these distressing feelings and emotions on our own.

It isn’t easy being the cycle breaker. Have you ever heard that you are ‘too sensitive’ or felt that your feelings are ‘too much’? Have you ever felt like you are the only one willing to acknowledge what makes everyone else put their heads in the sand? In your family, there may have been abuse, a lack of acceptance for who you are, or even just no space for talking about emotions. There may be historic traumas no one will talk about or patterns that go unacknowledged, and you are left holding the ball on everyone’s behalf. You may experience feelings of perfectionism, disconnection, or guilt about resting or caring for yourself.
