If you are at a crisis point in life due to a mental health episode like addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown, historical trauma or anything else that might be causing distress, we can offer you a space to work through it.
CB1 psychotherapy is a collection of individual therapists who give a space where time can be slowed down so that mental health can be seen in full and taken care of for the longer term. Whether it’s a long term addiction, depression, anxiety or another mental health or life issue. We will assess where you are and respond to that.
We are not passive in our approach to working with individuals and we are not sedimented in what we will try with different individuals. The key aim is to help a client move to a place which they see is more comfortable for them. Not only do we want to help you identify and manage the immediate difficulties but we also want to find the cause of them.
The core of the treatment is existential psychotherapy, talking therapies, Eye Movement Desensitsation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).
