Welcome to Causeway Therapy. I am Dr Lisa Gaiotto, Clinical Psychologist. I established Causeway Therapy a few years ago, after working in the public and private sectors. I know that life can throw you odd balls, and take you off course. Difficulties such as anxiety, excessive worrying, mood swings, depression, relationship problems, and trauma symptoms can emerge. I can support you to become unstuck from negative thinking, to notice unhelpful behaviours, and to find ways to do things differently.
Availability. Mondays to Thursdays: 9am- 2pm (in person & online) and 3pm- 8pm (online only); Fridays: 9am-1pm (online & in person)
I treat depression and anxiety disorders including OCD, excessive worrying, panic, social and heath anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. I provide therapy to address painful childhood or adulthood experiences which continue to affect you presently. I also work with adults to find a balance between work, personal and professional life.
We can work towards developing an understanding about yourself and your difficulties, give you tools and strategies to work towards feeling better, making healthier choices and achieving your personal goals. To do this, we will work collaboratively so to explore and address the problems you are facing.
