Taking the time needed to truly understand what’s behind your troubles can help you gain clarity and allow you to start understanding yourself better. I work together with clients to help them to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, to improve their health and well-being and enable them to effect positive change in their lives. I am experienced in working with adults, couples and adolescents, face to face and remotely.
I use a person-centred approach, placing the client at the centre of the counselling. This means dealing with the whole person and not just the problem. I endeavour to create an environment where you feel you can talk freely and honestly about what is troubling you, whilst being treated with dignity, compassion and respect.
