My work centres on the belief that each person has the capacity to understand themselves, make choices rooted in reason, and create practical, lasting solutions. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences safely, with the focus on your autonomy and your ability to move toward your own best outcome. My approach is humanistic and person-centred, grounded in the conviction that each individual has innate worth and potential, and that reconnecting with your authentic self is essential for meaningful change.
I work collaboratively, helping you uncover your strengths, access your own insights and and develop practical, self-sustaining ways forward that genuinely serve you. I draw on both humanistic principles and, where helpful, the clarity and structure of behavioural and CBT tools. Our aim is clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of personal agency.
I offer therapy online or by telephone to help you make sense of the experiences and habits that shape the way you think, feel, and respond. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that no longer serve you and identify what is genuinely your own to help you gain clarity, trust yourself, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
