About
There are times in your life when things change unexpectedly, and feelings of anxiety can increase and might not seem to make sense. Are you always putting others' needs first, comparing yourself to others? Holding back what you want to say afraid of what others may think. Finding yourself overwhelmed by a sense of sadness or depression you just can't shake. It may seem embarrassing or painful to talk about what’s been happening. You may worry you won’t be understood by family and friends? As a person-centred counsellor, I will treat you as the expert on yourself, as no one else knows exactly what it’s like to be you.
I am a qualified and experienced Person-centred counsellor offering empathic and non-judgemental (talking therapy) face to face online or by telephone. Experience in working with grief, sadness, anxiety, anger, fear, domestic abuse, depression, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, neglect and abuse, PTSD, gender and sexuality worries, relationship difficulties
When was the last time you totally focused on yourself and your needs? At our first session, we will work together to understand what has brought you to counselling, how you are feeling now and what you would most like to work towards. I am here to listen, in a confidential space to work towards your own goals, at your own pace. Please do get in touch.
