I work with adults impacted by trauma, including complex, relational and attachment trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and sexual violence. I also support anxiety, grief, stress, relational difficulties, neurodiversity, and end of life concerns. Many clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival patterns, or struggling to make sense of past experiences. My work is relational and trauma-informed, and we aim to work at a pace that feels right to you.
Rooted in humanistic, relational counselling, I have over 2,000 hours of clinical experience, with a specialist focus on trauma. Together, we can explore and integrate experiences to support lasting change, helping you feel more understood, safer, and better able to move forward.
You don’t have to hold this on your own. If things feel overwhelming or hard to talk about, we can go slowly and carefully. Reaching out is the first step, and we’ll build from there together.
