I am a qualified Person Centred therapist supporting adults and young people over 18 who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. I hold a psychology degree and specialise in neurodiversity and anxiety.
I work flexibly offering face to face, online, and telephone appointments, creating a confidential space for you to allow yourself to put your trust in me, so that I can support you to explore and work through issues that are impacting on your mental health.
I undertake counselling for two Women’s charities based in Merseyside and practice therapeutic work alongside my other work in teaching.
I am myself an enthusiastic, positive person and I believe in striving to feel fulfilment within my own life. I have specialised in Person Centred counselling as I passionately believe in its philosophy that by creating the right conditions within the therapy space, every individual is capable of achieving their full potential.
My aim, if you choose to undertake counselling with me, is to provide those conditions. I will support you in exploring and moving forward with the issues you bring that may be preventing you from feeling fulfilled and positive within your own life.
