What can I help you with? I specialise in supporting individuals and families living with addiction. Whether you are struggling with alcohol, drugs, gambling or other addictive behaviors or you love someone who is — I understand the pain, shame and exhaustion that comes with it. I have eight years experience running family recovery groups.
When you contact me I will give you a short free 15 minute call to be sure I can support your needs as it is important to me that you receive the appropriate support. I work using Integrative counselling skills to support individuals and their family members looking to gain an understanding of addiction, relapse and recovery.
