Hello I’m Catherine, a highly experienced EMDR therapist , Psychotherapist & clinical supervisor and co-owner of Twice Translated mental health podcast. I have specialisms in EMDR & Art Therapy to support & work extensively in trauma, shame & compassionate reframing. I have over 9 years of experience working with adults, children & young people both in private practice, secure mental health hospitals & through contracted work in mainstream & specialist SEMH schools. I have worked with people who have come to me with a vast range of experiences. I have a passion for specialising in trauma work, shame, ADHD, & ASD.
Sessions available 7 days a week. Sometimes it can be too difficult to talk, I have specialisms in Art Therapy & EMDR. There is no need to use art or words in these, both use methods as a powerful tool to create, aid, communicate & process difficult feelings or experiences we have had or are having to help us move forward.
