Hello I’m Catherine , a highly experienced EMDR therapist , Psychotherapist & clinical supervisor . I provide a safe confidential space with compassionate & empathetic support: I am here to listen. I know it can be scary to reach out for support particularly if it's the first time. Feel free to contact me regarding any questions about therapy, myself, your goals or concerns. Sometimes it can be too difficult to talk, I have specialisms in EMDR & Art Therapy to support. I own CK Therapy with a team of couples, DBT, Music, play & person centred therapists if you have any interests in these I can support you. Registered with HCPC.
I have over 8 years of experience working with adults, children & young people both in private practice, secure mental health hospitals and through contracted work in mainstream & specialist SEMH schools. I have worked with people who have come to me with a vast range of experiences. I have a passion for specialising in trauma work, shame and ASD.
Sessions available 7 days a week. Sometimes it can be too difficult to talk, I have specialisms in Art Therapy & EMDR. There is no need to use art or words in these, both use methods as a powerful tool to create, aid, communicate & process difficult feelings or experiences we have had or are having to help us move forward.
