I am a compassionate, experienced counsellor, practicing both in person and online to best suit you. I am an integrative therapist which means that I draw on several modalities to work in the best way and 'fit' for you. There is no 'one size fits all' in my practice as each of us is unique in our own thoughts, feelings and personal situations. Life can be so tricky at times and I am here to provide that 'extra support' that you might need at this time, to listen, really listen, and to understand what you might be going through, to then help you find clarity in the overwhelm and the best way forward for you.
My therapy is predominantly person centred talking therapy where you are the expert of what you are feeling and experiencing. It is down to me to really hear and understand those feelings and experiences, to help you make sense of the overwhelm and help you navigate a simpler, less chaotic path forward.
