I am an experienced, UKCP registered clinical psychotherapist, working with Individuals and Couples, across a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relational conflict, poor sense of self/self esteem, bereavement and grief, life transitions and infertility are just some of the issues that I have worked with.
My approach is supportive and non- judgemental and I provide a confidential, safe space within which we can work.
I offer short or long term therapy, according to what is needed.
My private practice is in a quiet area in Alresford, Hampshire.
I will work alongside you, drawing on my experience and rigorous training to identify and explore the areas which may be causing difficulty for instance; ways of relating, childhood experiences, unhelpful patterns of behaviour or thoughts about self, unresolved grief or poor attachment. From a place of deeper awareness, positive changes can be made.
