Hi, if you have found my profile this is the first step. I appreciate it can be daunting asking for help or thinking about having therapy. I offer a free 15 minute call to allow you to ask any questions and this also gives me a better understanding of what you want out of the sessions. To give you some reassurance I offer a genuine warmth and understanding, which is a safe, non-judgmental space and we work together so that you feel comfortable so that it allows you to break unhealthy patterns and move forward and this can be in small steps. Having someone to open up to, who is impartial can often leave us feeling lighter.
I work as an integrative therapist, which allows me to tailor my approach to the individual needs of each client, drawing on a range of therapeutic theories and approaches.
I believe we are all unique individuals, shaped by our own experiences, relationships and circumstances. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients.
