Are you struggling with a sense of meaninglessness, isolation and hopelessness, leading to feelings of fear and anxiety? Often we seek therapy when we start to become aware of being stuck in the same old patterns but have no idea of why or how to change things. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, which means we can tailor sessions to meet your needs. This includes Gestalt, (working in the “here and now”), CBT, Art Therapy, Sand Tray, Brief Solution Focus Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Walk & Talk and Mindfulness. I also use somatic approaches, focusing on felt sense in the body and yoga therapy.
I offer face to face and online sessions, creating a safe space where you can explore and make sense of what is going on for you, at your own pace. I don't give advice or offer my opinions but will support you to find your own answers and solutions to bring about change, growth and self awareness. It takes courage to ask for help.
