Do you need to seek a way forward? I aim to offer a therapeutic relationship through a compassionate connection. I provide a non judgmental environment, free from evaluation. Whatever you’re facing, I will do my best to support you, so that you don’t have to face things alone.
My specialisms are bereavement, loss, addictions, systemic trauma, and counselling services trauma. I also work with relationship trauma, family relationship trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, other mental health issues, other life events, and transitions. I offer support that creates a happier, healthier, contented, fulfilled, meaningful, rewarding life.
I offer Face to Face sessions in York, I offer Zoom and Telephone sessions throughout the UK. I offer, Ecotherapy, Walk and Talk sessions, in Malton and York, which reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
