In my private practice or as a school counsellor, I support my clients to overcome challenges and hardships, many of which may present as anxiety, stress, anger, low self worth, procrastination, difficulties communicating with others, lack of self awareness which can lead to unwanted behaviour or conflict as a result of difficult circumstances. I work with my clients to help them make sense of their challenges and foster acceptance within. I provide an empathic and non-judgmental space in which we will work together towards your mental wellbeing and peace of mind. I offer a mindful approach to counselling tailored to each situation.
