I am a fully experienced and Accredited Sex and Relationship Therapist. I can help people work with difficulties with relationships or intimacy and help couples renew their relationship or deal with current and or sexual issues or goals. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1-3 and IFIO) which means I can help people track and look at parts of themselves, Emotionally Focussed Couple's Therapy (attachment theory), Sensorimotor Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting processing shock and feelings and RLT Therapy. I also encourage people to find new parts of themselves or their relationships.
I am a Sex and Relationship Therapist I help individuals heal blocks or trauma and support them to date, flirt and connect with people. I also help couples to find safety in their connection so they can develop visions, track their parts and negative cycles and learn how to communicate well to develop a flourishing sensual and sexual life.
