I very warm welcome to my profile! I'm an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist in full time practice for over 17 years, an EMDR Accredited Practitioner and supervisor. I work with individuals presenting with a wide range of issues and I have extensive experience in safely working with trauma, sexual abuse as well as addictions, bereavement and loss. I have had a long interest in body psychotherapy and somatic psychology. My counselling practice is informed by the latest research in neuroscience, the fundamental interconnection between mind and body and how trauma impacts the body and the nervous system.
